Consulting and design

Consulting and design stage: audit, scenario comparison, calculations, and decision-ready engineering package.

What result do you get after this stage?

A predictable budget and implementation plan before installation starts.

How long does this stage take?

Consulting and concept: 3-5 days. Full project package: 1-3 weeks depending on scope.

What is included in this service?

  • Site audit, technical task, and comfort scenario (residential/commercial)
  • Consulting review and second-opinion validation before fixing the solution
  • Comparison of technical alternatives by budget, efficiency, and maintainability
  • Airflow and thermal load calculations by zones
  • Routing coordinated with architecture, ceilings, beams, and furniture
  • Equipment specification and bill of materials
  • Working drawings for installation and handover documentation

Cycle stage: 1/4

Quick answers about this stage

A short view of when the service is needed, what outcome it gives, and where it sits in the delivery cycle.

When is this service needed?

Consulting and design stage: audit, scenario comparison, calculations, and decision-ready engineering package.

What result do you get after this stage?

A predictable budget and implementation plan before installation starts.

Where does this stage sit in the overall cycle?

This is stage 1 of 4. After it, the project moves into "Production and supply" without reworking the baseline decisions.

What is shown

This block shows our approach to the consulting and design stage: from concept and technical solution development to supervision during on-site implementation.

How does this stage work step by step?

At the concept stage, we collect baseline data for the facility, define constraints, room usage scenarios, and comfort requirements. This helps establish the core system logic before detailed engineering begins.

We then move into design: developing the system layout, routing, connection points, equipment selection, and coordination with architecture and adjacent engineering sections. At this stage, the concept becomes implementation-ready.

After the solutions are approved, we support the implementation stage by answering technical questions, checking that installation matches the design, and documenting adjustments when they are needed on site.

This approach helps reduce installation errors, keeps the system logic consistent, and delivers a more predictable outcome for the client.
