1. Data we may collect
Through website forms, we may receive your name, phone number, email, comment or request details, and any other information you provide for consultation, estimating, design, or service.
2. Why we use the data
We use personal data only for request handling and business communication: replying to inquiries, preparing consultations and estimates, aligning technical solutions, preparing contracts and invoices, coordinating supply, production, installation, commissioning, and warranty or post-warranty service.
3. Send the estimate to yourself by email
If you use the calculator scenario to receive the estimate by email, we use your email address only to send that estimate to you once. This scenario is not a service request and does not by itself mean follow-up communication from Ventall.
4. Send to engineer / service request
If you send a request to an engineer or submit the contact form, we may use your name, phone number, email, and request details to contact you, prepare a consultation or estimate, and provide further services.
5. No marketing mailing
We do not use contact data for advertising mailings, newsletters, or mass marketing campaigns. We may contact you only about matters directly related to your request or an already delivered service, including service reminders and operational coordination.
6. Who may receive the data
Data may be shared only with parties necessary to deliver the service or support website operation: hosting providers, contractors, service partners, accounting support, or other performers involved in a specific project or required legal process.
7. Retention period
We retain personal data no longer than reasonably necessary to process a request, perform a contract, maintain business correspondence, keep service history, or comply with legal obligations.

You may contact us to request access to your data, correction, update, deletion, or restriction of processing where this does not conflict with our contractual or legal obligations.
