Technical installation details

Brief execution notes:

For the small-aircraft painting area, design, installation, and commissioning of a specialized ventilation system were completed. The solution is based on a VTS unit with filtration and air recirculation. Contaminated exhaust air with fine paint particles is cleaned in a water filter implemented as a custom Ventall engineering solution. Air heating is provided via a Haier condensing unit.

  • Project: small-aircraft painting area.
  • Ventilation platform: VTS.
  • Operating principle: filtration plus recirculation.
  • Exhaust air: cleaning of fine paint particles.
  • Filtration type: water filter, custom-built by Ventall engineers.
  • Air heating: Haier condensing unit.
  • Scope: design, installation, commissioning.
