For the apartment on Malevycha Street, design, installation, and commissioning of the ventilation, humidification, and air-conditioning system were completed. The solution uses an AEROSTAR air-handling unit custom-built for Ventall with a design airflow of 450 m³/h and F7 filtration plus a carbon filter. Due to pressure losses of 300-400 Pa, pressure-switch control was implemented: the system automatically increases fan speed as filters get dirty to maintain the target design air volume. A Carel humidification system and a Daikin ducted multi-split air-conditioning system with remote and automatic control were also installed.
